Molecular sieve 13X is a sodium alkali aluminosilicate has an effective pore size of 10 Angstrom and can adsorb molecules less than 10 Angstrom. It can be used in:

Dehydration and desulfurization of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and liquid alkanes (propane, butane, etc.).

Purification of gas, removal of H2O, CO2 and hydrocarbon in air separation unit;

Deep drying of general gases (such as compressed air, permanent gas).

Keep 13X Molecular Sieve in an air tight container until ready for use to avoid unintended moisture adsorption.

Regeneration&Activation:

Molecular Sieve Desiccant 13X can be regenerated either thermal regeneration method(Thermal Swing Adsorption, TSA); To remove moisture from a 13X molecular sieve, a temperature of 200-230℃ (390-570°F) is required. Molecular sieve 13X can also be regnerated by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes (PSA). A properly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below -100℃. The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process.
