Regeneration of Hydrogen Adsorbent Used in Helium Recovery System

Liquid Helium Supply and recovery systems have shown serious problems with hydrogen impurities in the system.To remove hydrogen impuritiees, we developed a hydrogen removal apparatus and installed our system. In this apparatus, silver zeolite Ag400 was used as the hydrogen adsorbent.Previously, Ag400 could not regenerated after hydrogen adsorption.

However, we have found a new regeneration method for Ag400.
